第1条（適用範囲）

本規約は、当社が国内外で提供する以下のすべてのサービスに適用されます。

• アップサイクルワークショップ
• その他関連プログラム

※実施地域は石垣島、東京、関東、千葉、伊豆その他国内外を含みます。

第2条（契約成立）

原則として、当社指定の予約フォーム送信により契約が成立します。

口頭、LINE、メール等のみの申込みは、当社が「予約確定」と明示しない限り契約成立とはなりません。

ただし、以下のいずれかに該当する場合、契約は成立します。

• お客様が決済を完了した場合
• 当社が外部手配に着手した場合
• 宿泊施設を確保した場合

当社は、口頭申込みの場合でも規約URLを提示することがあります。提示後に手配着手した場合は、本規約が適用されます。

第3条（料金・内容）

• 料金およびサービス内容は、商品ページ、見積書、案内メッセージ等で個別提示します。
• 海況・天候・現地規制・体調等により、実施内容は変更されることがあります。
• 変更があった場合、合理的範囲で代替案を提示します。

第4条（支払）

• 原則事前決済制とします。
• 支払方法は、クレジットカード決済または銀行振込とします。
• 入金確認ができない場合、サービス提供を拒否できるものとします。

第5条（手配着手後の取扱い）

• 宿泊、船舶、車両、ガイド、航空券、海外現地サービス等の外部手配を行った時点で、当該部分について実費負担義務が発生します。
• 手配完了後のキャンセルは、理由を問わず実費または100％のキャンセル料が発生します。

第6条（安全判断）

当社は安全確保を最優先とし、以下の場合は内容変更・中止・中断を行うことがあります。

• 海況不良
• 天候悪化
• お客様の体調不良
• 技量不足
• 法令・行政指導
• その他安全上の理由

第2章　キャンセルポリシー

第7条（通常ダイビング・国内日帰りプログラム）

• 7〜4日前：30%
• 3日前：50%
• 48時間前以降／無断キャンセル：100%

第8条（国内ツアー：通常募集・宿泊型（乗合/定型））

※御蔵島・小笠原等の通常募集（乗合・定型）ツアーはこちらが適用されます。

• 40日前まで：30%
• 7〜3日前：50%
• 48時間前以降：100%

第9条（手配型ツアー：海外ツアー・特別遠征・国内プライベート）

航空券・宿泊・船舶・車両・ガイド等の手配を伴う「手配型ツアー」については、国内外を問わず本条が適用されます。
御蔵島を含む東京離島・沖縄離島等の国内プライベートツアー（貸切/特別手配）は本条に含まれます。

• 手配着手後：実費
• 宿泊確保後：100%

第10条（ラグジュアリープラン・チャーター）

貸切手配・特別手配を伴う場合、手配着手後は100%。

第11条（講習特則）

• 教材・申請費は返金不可
• 講習開始後は返金不可
• 未達成時は補講費発生
• 申請は全額入金後

Terms of Service / Cancellation Policy / Legal Notice

This page sets forth the contract terms, cancellation terms, important notices, and legally required information under Japanese law for all services (the “Services”) provided by 71.132419045percent Inc. (the “Company”).

You are deemed to have agreed to this page upon (i) submitting the Company’s booking form, (ii) completing the Company’s payment procedure, or (iii) when the Company begins arrangement work.

Chapter 1: General

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all services provided by the Company in Japan and abroad.

Article 2 (Contract Formation)

In principle, the contract is formed upon submission of the Company’s designated booking form.

Applications made only verbally, via LINE, or by email do not constitute a contract unless the Company explicitly confirms the booking.

However, the contract is deemed formed if any of the following applies:

• You complete payment
• The Company begins external arrangements
• Accommodation is secured

The Company may provide a URL to these Terms even for verbal applications. If the Company starts arrangements after providing the URL, these Terms apply.

Article 3 (Pricing & Content)

• Prices and service details will be provided individually via product pages, quotations, or guidance messages.
• Service content may change due to sea conditions, weather, local regulations, or your physical condition.
• If changes occur, the Company will propose alternatives within a reasonable scope.

Article 4 (Payment)

• Prepayment is required in principle.
• Payment methods are credit card or bank transfer.
• If payment cannot be confirmed, the Company may refuse to provide the service.

Article 5 (After Arrangements Begin)

• Once external arrangements are made (accommodation, vessels, vehicles, guides, flights, overseas services, etc.), you are responsible for the actual costs for those arranged portions.
• After arrangements are completed, cancellation will incur actual costs or a 100% cancellation fee, regardless of reason.

Article 6 (Safety Decisions)

The Company prioritizes safety and may change, cancel, or suspend the service for safety-related reasons (e.g., poor sea conditions, bad weather, health conditions, insufficient skills, laws/regulations, or authorities’ instructions).

Chapter 2: Cancellation Policy

Article 7 (Regular Diving / Domestic Day Programs)

• 7–4 days prior: 30%
• 3 days prior: 50%
• Within 48 hours / No-show: 100%

Article 8 (Domestic Tours with Accommodation: Regular Group / Fixed-format)

For Mikurajima/Ogasawara regular group (non-private) tours, this article applies.

• Up to 40 days prior: 30%
• 7–3 days prior: 50%
• Within 48 hours: 100%

Article 9 (Arranged Tours: Overseas / Special Expeditions / Domestic Private Tours)

This article applies to “arranged tours” involving bookings/arrangements such as flights, accommodation, vessels, vehicles, guides, or overseas local services, regardless of whether the destination is domestic or international.
Private Mikurajima tours (and private tours to Tokyo/Okinawa remote islands) are included here.

• After arrangements begin: actual costs
• After accommodation is secured: 100%

Article 10 (Luxury Plans / Charters)

For private charters or special arrangements, 100% applies after arrangements begin.

Article 11 (Training Course Special Terms)

• Materials and application fees are non-refundable
• No refunds after the course starts
• Additional session fees may apply if requirements are not met
• Certification application is submitted after full payment is confirmed

Chapitre 1 : Dispositions générales

Article 2 (Formation du contrat)

En principe, le contrat est conclu à la réception du formulaire de réservation officiel.

Les demandes faites uniquement à l’oral, via LINE ou par e-mail ne constituent pas un contrat, sauf confirmation explicite de la Société.

Toutefois, le contrat est réputé conclu si l’un des cas suivants s’applique :

• Vous finalisez le paiement
• La Société commence les démarches externes
• L’hébergement est sécurisé

La Société peut fournir l’URL de ces conditions même pour une demande à l’oral. Si la Société commence les démarches après avoir fourni l’URL, les présentes conditions s’appliquent.

Chapitre 2 : Politique d’annulation

Article 8 (Tours domestiques avec hébergement : régulier / groupe)

Pour les tours réguliers (non privés) vers Mikurajima/Ogasawara, cet article s’applique.

• Jusqu’à 40 jours avant : 30%
• 7–3 jours avant : 50%
• Moins de 48 h : 100%

Article 9 (Tours organisés : international / expéditions spéciales / privés domestiques)

Cet article s’applique aux « tours organisés » nécessitant des réservations (vols, hébergement, bateau, véhicule, guide, services locaux, etc.), qu’ils soient domestiques ou internationaux.
Les tours privés vers Mikurajima (ainsi que les îles éloignées de Tokyo/Okinawa) sont inclus ici.

• Après début des démarches : coûts réels
• Après hébergement sécurisé : 100%
